يجوز تعيين قوات الشرطة فى مختلف درجاتهم على اعتمادات الطوارئ دون تقيد بأحكام هذا القانون.
ولا يجوز نقل المعين منهم على اعتمادات الطوارئ إلى الوظائف الدائمة بالميزانية إلا إذا توافرت فيهم الشروط المقررة فى هذا القانون.
