Article 105 of the Police Authority Law

تكون الاختراعات التى يبتكرها أحد أعضاء هيئة الشرطة أثناء تأدية وظيفته أو بسببها ملكا للدولة فى الأحوال الآتية:
(1) إذا كان الاختراع نتيجة تجارب رسمية.
(2) إذا كان الاختراع داخل نطاق واجبات الوظيفة.
(3) إذا كان للاختراع صلة بالشئون العسكرية.
وفى جميع الأحوال يكون لمن ابتكر الاختراع الحق فى تعويض عادل يراعى فى تقديره تشجيع البحث والاختراع.
