يكون لمدير مصلحة السجون بالنسبة لأمناء ومساعدى الشرطة وضباط الصف والجنود والسجانين والسجانات بالمصلحة المذكورة الاختصاصات المقررة لمدير الإدارة العامة لشئون الأفراد.
ويحدد وزير الداخلية بقرار منه شروط تعيين ونظام خدمة السجانات.
