تعتبر الأقدمية فى الدرجة أو الرتبة من تاريخ التعيين فيها أو الترقية إليها، فاذا اشتمل قرار على تعيين أو ترقية أكثر من ضابط فى درجة أو رتبة واحدة اعتبرت الأقدمية على أساس الأقدمية فى الدرجة أو الرتبة السابقة.
