يحظر على المشاركين فى الاجتماعات العامة أو المواكب أو التظاهرات حمل أية
أسلحة أو ذخائر أو مفرقعات أو ألعاب نارية أو مواد حارقة أو غير ذلك من الأدوات
أو المواد التى تعرض الأفراد أو المنشآت أو الممتلكات للضرر أو الخطر .
كما يحظر عليهم ارتداء الأقنعة أو الأغطية لإخفاء ملامح الوجه بقصد ارتكاب
أى من تلك الأفعال .
