على مالكى الأقطان أداء هذا الرسم الى مديرى المحالج خلال الشهر الذى تم فيه حلج الأقطان وعلى هؤلاء توريده لحساب المؤسسة المصرية العامة للقطن خلال الأسبوع الأول من الشهر التالى. وتضاف حصيلة هذا الرسم الى ايرادات الدولة.
