يعاقب بالحبس مدة لا تزيد على ستة أشهر ، وبغرامة لا تقل عن مائة ألف
جنيه ولا تجاوز مليون جنيه ، أو بإحدى هاتين العقوبتين ، كل من خالف أحكام
الفقرة الأولى من المادة رقم (٥ مكررا) من هذا القانون ، فضلا عن مصادرة الأقطان
محل المخالفة .
