على شركة التصدير عند إجراء فرفرة قطن لكبسه بالبخار أن تخطر مندوب هيئة التحكيم واختبارات القطن لدى المكبس قبل الفرفرة بالبيانات الآتية:
( أ ) المكان المختار للفرفرة والكبس.
(ب) اليوم والساعة المعينين لذلك.
(ج) عدد البالات التى ستفرفر وتكبس وصنفها ورتبتها ووزنها.
(د) الموسم الناتج منه القطن.
