فى تطبيق أحكام هذا القانون يقصد بعبارة “أصناف القطن” الأصناف التى يصدر بتحديدها قرار من وزير الزراعة والأصناف المستنبطة حديثا التى لم يصدر بتحديدها قرار منه وتميز باسم الصنف مضافا إليه (مستنبط حديثا).
