Article 26 of the Egyptian Federation for Construction and Building Contractors Law

يكون للمجلس أوسع السلطات فى ادارة الاتحاد وتنظيمه ويتولى اصدار اللوائح الداخلية ويشرف على جميع التنظيمات والوحدات الادارية والفنية والمالية.
ويتولى المجلس بصفة خاصة تنفيذ القرارات التى تصدرها الجمعية العمومية ولا يجوز للمجلس التصرف فى القيم المنقولة والممتلكات العقارية التى تدخل فى أصول الاتحاد الثابتة الا بموافقة الجمعية العمومية أو بتفويض مسبق منها.
وللمجلس أن يفوض بعض اختصاصاته فى هذا الشأن الى مكتب المجلس.
