Article 23 of the Egyptian Federation for Construction and Building Contractors Law

يجتمع مجلس الادارة كل ثلاثة شهور على الأقل، بناء على دعوة يوجهها الرئيس الى الأعضاء كتابة قبل الموعد المقترح للاجتماع بخمسة عشر يوما على الأقل.
ويتعين على الرئيس دعوة المجلس الى الاجتماع اذا طلب ذلك خمس عدد الأعضاء.
