مدة عضوية مجلس الادارة أربع سنوات ويتجدد انتخاب نصف الأعضاء كل سنتين بطريق الاقتراع السرى وفقا للقاعدة التى تحددها اللائحة التنفيذية.
ويجب أن يتم الانتخاب خلال الستين يوما السابقة على انتهاء مدة العضوية وللشخص الاعتبارى عضو مجلس الادارة استبدال من يمثله فى أى وقت.
ويختار المجلس فى أول اجتماع له من بين أعضائه المنتخبين نواب الرئيس وأمين الصندوق.
