يشترط للتعيين ابتداء فى إحدى وظائف التعليم المشار إليها فى المادة ٩٣ مكررا (٢) ،
أو للترقية للوظائف الأعلى أن ما يعادلها توافر شروط شغلها والحصول على شهادة
الصلاحية لشغل الوظيفة من الأكاديمية المهنية للمعلمين المنصوص عليها بالمادة (٧٥)
من قانون التعليم الصادر بالقانون رقم ١٣٩ لسنة ١٩٨١ واجتياز التدريب والاختبارات
التى تعقد لهذا الغرض .
