يمنح شاغلو وظائف التعليم، حافزا للأداء المتميز يصدر به قرار من رئيس
مجلس الوزراء، بناء على عرض شيخ الأزهر، ويحدد القرار نسبة الحافز وشروط وضوابط منحه.
ولا يجوز أن يزيد عدد من يمنحون هذا الحافز كل عام على ١٠٪ من شاغلي الوظائف
المشار إليها في كل منطقة أزهرية.
