تكون محاكمة أعضاء هيئة التدريس بجميع درجاتهم أمام مجلس تأديب يشكل من:
وكيل الجامعة، رئيسا.
مستشار من مجلس الدولة.
أستاذ من إحدى كليات الجامعة، يعينه مجلس الجامعة سنويا.
ويحل أقدم العمداء محل وكيل الجامعة عند غيابه.
وتسرى بالنسبة للمحاكمة أحكام القانون رقم 117 لسنة 1958 على أن تراعى بالنسبة للتحقيق والإحالة إلى مجلس التأديب أحكام المادة 67 من هذا القانون.
