تكون الإجازات الاعتيادية السنوية لموظفى الجامعة من غير أعضاء هيئة التدريس فى أثناء العطلة الصيفية فيما عدا المعاهد التى تكون طبيعة العمل فيها مختلفة فتحدد الاجازات فى هذه الحالة بقرار من مدير الجامعة، بعد أخذ رأى عميد الكلية المختص.
ويجوز منح الموظف إجازة اعتيادية بمرتب كامل لتأدية فريضة الحج وذلك مرة واحدة خلال مدة خدمته.
