يعامل أعضاء هيئة التدريس والمعيدون بجامعة الأزهر من حيث المرتبات والرواتب الإضافية معاملة نظرائهم فى جامعات الجمهورية العربية المتحدة، على أن يعتبر الأستاذ بجامعة الأزهر نظيرا للأستاذ ذى كرسى بهذه الجامعات".
"مادة 41/ 2 - وتسرى عليه جميع الأحكام التى تطبق على مدير الجامعة فى الجمهورية العربية المتحدة".
"مادة 44/ 3 - وتسرى عليه جميع الأحكام التى تطبق على وكيل الجامعة فى الجمهورية العربية المتحدة.
