لا تنفذ قرارات مجلس الجامعة فيما يحتاج تنفيذه فى هذا القانون أو فى اللائحة التنفيذية إلى تصديق من شيخ الأزهر أو من الوزير المختص، إلا بعد صدور قرار التصديق. فإذا لم يصدر قرار فى شأنها خلال الستين يوما التالية لتاريخ وصولها مستوفاة إلى مكتبه تكون نافذة.
