هيئات المجمع هى:
( أ ) مجلس المجمع، ويتألف من الرئيس، والأعضاء المتفرغين، والأعضاء غير المتفرغين من مواطنى الجمهورية العربية المتحدة والأمين العام للمجمع.
(ب) مؤتمر المجمع، ويتألف من كل أعضاء المجمع.
(ج) الأمانة العامة للمجمع.
د - مدينة البعوث الإسلامية.
