تصدر اللائحة التنفيذية لهذا القانون فى مدى أربعة أشهر من تاريخ صدوره، ويعمل بها من تاريخ صدورها. وللوزير المختص إصدار ما يراه من قرارات تنظيمية أو تكميلية مؤقتة تتعلق بشئون الأزهر وهيئاته بما لا يتعارض مع نصوص هذا القانون وذلك خلال الفترة التى تعد فيها اللائحة التنفيذية لحين صدورها.
