إذا قرر مجلس إدارة المؤسسة المصرية العامة لتعمير الصحارى عدم الاعتداد بحق من الحقوق العينية المثبتة فى الإخطارات المشار اليها فى المادة (٧٦) أو إذا تنازع على حق واحد منها أشخاص متعددون — تنزع المنازعات المتعلقة بالحقوق المشار اليها إلى اللجان القضائية المنصوص عليها فى المادة (٣٩) لتفصل فيها .
