Article 74 of the State Private Property Lease and Disposal Law

يمنح كل من اشترى أرضا بورا أو أرضا صحراوية من الحكومة بقصد استصلاحها قبل العمل بهذا القانون — مهلة يتم خلالها استصلاح الأراضى المبيعة إليه وزراعتها مدتها عشر سنوات من تاريخ تسليمها إليه أو سبع سنوات من تاريخ العمل بهذا القانون أى المدتين أطول .
فإذا لم يقم المشترى باستصلاح الأرض المبيعة إليه وزراعتها خلال المهلة المشار إليها اعتبر العقد مفسوخا من تلقاء ذاته دون حاجة إلى تنبيه أو إعذار أو حكم قضائى .
