تؤول ملكية العقارات التى يتم التصرف فيها وفقا لأحكام هذا القانون إلى المتصرف إليهم محملة بما عليها من حقوق الارتفاق ، دون أن يترتب على ذلك أى حق فى المطالبة بتعويض مقابل هذه الحقوق .
وفى جميع الأحوال لا يجوز أخذ العقارات المشار إليها بالشفعة .
