Article 52 of the State Private Property Lease and Disposal Law

استثناء من أحكام القانون رقم ١٢١ لسنة ١٩٤٧ والمرسوم بقانون رقم ١٧٨ لسنة ١٩٥٢ المشار إليهما — يجوز لوزير الإصلاح الزراعى وإصلاح الأراضى إلغاء عقود إيجار العقارات التى تسرى عليها أحكام هذا القانون ، إذا استلزمت ذلك إجراءات التوزيع أو إذا أخل المستأجر أو واضع اليد بالتزام جوهرى يقضى به القانون أو العقد أو إذا اقتضى ذلك تخصيص العقار لغرض ذى نفع عام مع استحقاق المستأجر الذى ألغى عقده للتعويض عن الغراس والمنشآت .
وينفذ قرار الوزير بإلغاء عقود الإيجار بالطريق الإدارى .
