يجوز أن يحصل ما يستحق للدولة من أجرة أو ثمن وملحقاتهما عن العقارات الخاضعة لأحكام هذا القانون — بطريق الحجز الإدارى . ويكون لهذه المبالغ امتياز عام على أموال المدين فى مرتبة المبالغ المستحقة لخزانة الدولة المنصوص عليها فى المادة ١١٣٩ من القانون المدنى وسابقة على أى امتياز آخر عدا المصروفات القضائية والضرائب والرسوم .
