يكون تأجير العقارات المبنية بالأجرة المقررة طبقا لأحكام القوانين السارية . ويؤدى المستأجر تأمينا نقديا يوازى أجرة شهر [غير مقروء] .
ويجوز بقرار من وزير الإصلاح الزراعى وإصلاح الأراضى الإعفاء من أداء هذا التأمين النقدى كله أو بعضه .
