تعفى من رسوم الدمغة الطلبات المنصوص عليها فى المادة ( ١٥ ) والأوراق والمستندات المتعلقة باستحقاق التعويض عن أكل النهر كما تعفى من الرسوم عمليات الاطلاع واستخراج الصور والشهادات التى تطلبها الهيئة العامة للإصلاح الزراعى من السجلات الحكومية للبت فى طلبات التعويض عن أكل النهر .
ومع ذلك يستحق رسم دمغة شامل مقداره خمسون قرشا إذا زاد التعويض على العشرة جنيهات .
