تؤدى الهيئة العامة للإصلاح الزراعى — نيابة عن الحكومة تعويض الأكل المبين فى الطلبات المقدمة وفقا لحكم المادة السابقة خلال السنة التالية لتقديمها وذلك فى حدود الاعتماد المالى المخصص فى الميزانية ووفقا لمراتب الأولوية التى تحددها اللائحة التنفيذية .
فإذا لم يف الاعتماد فيصرف التعويض من اعتمادات السنوات التالية ويكون للطلب ذات الأسبقية المقررة له فى الصرف وفقا للقواعد التى تحددها اللائحة التنفيذية .
