يصدر رئيس مجلس الوزراء اللائحة التنفيذية للقانون المرافق خلال ستة أشهر من تاريخ العمل به ، وإلى حين صدور هذه اللائحة يستمر العمل باللوائح والقرارات المعمول بها بما لا يتعارض مع أحكام هذا القانون والقانون المرافق له ، وعلى جميع الجهات ذات الصلة بأحكام القانون المرافق توفيق أوضاعها طبقا لأحكامه خلال مدة لا تجاوز سنة من تاريخ العمل به .
