Article 56 of the Rights of Persons with Disabilities Law

يعاقب كل من ساهم أو شارك أو تسبب في حرمان طفل ذى إعاقة من التعليم بغرامة لا تقل عن خمسة آلاف جنيه ولا تجاوز عشرة آلاف جنيه .
كما يعاقب كل من يخالف أحكام المادتين (١١ ، ١٢) من هذا القانون بغرامة لا تقل عن خمسمائة جنيه ولا تجاوز ألفى جنيه وتتعدد الغرامات بتعدد الحالات التى وقعت في شأنها المخالفة .
