Article 54 of the Rights of Persons with Disabilities Law

يعاقب كل من يخالف أحكام المواد (٢٢ ، ٢٤ ، ٢٥ ، ٢٩ ، ٣٠ ، ٣٤) من هذا القانون بالحبس لمدة لاتجاوز سنة ، وبغرامة لا تقل عن عشرة آلاف جنيه ولا تجاوز ثلاثين ألف جنيه ، أو بإحدى هاتين العقوبتين . وتتعدد الغرامات بتعدد الحالات التى وقعت في شأنها الجريمة .
