Article 53 of the Rights of Persons with Disabilities Law

يعاقب بغرامة لا تقل عن عشرة آلاف جنيه ولا تجاوز مائتى ألف جنيه كل من عرض أو نشر أو أذاع بأى وسيلة من وسائل النشر أيا من البيانات أو المعلومات أو الصور أو الرسوم أو الأفلام لأعمال من شأنها الإساءة للأشخاص ذوى الإعاقة ، أو التعريض بهم ، أو الترويج لمفاهيم غير صحيحة تسىء إليهم ، وتلتزم جهة النشر أو العرض بإعمال حق الرد والتصحيح من الشخص المعتدى عليه أو من يمثله في ذات المساحة الزمنية والمكانية بذات الوسيلة .
