تلتزم جميع البنوك والجهات المصرفية بتهيئة مبانيها وإتاحتها لاستخدام الأشخاص ذوى الإعاقة بشكل يتناسب مع إعاقتهم ، وتوفير كافة الخدمات المصرفية بشكل ميسر ومهيأ لهم ، ووضع نظام خاص لتيسير التعاملات البنكية لهم .
