تلتزم وزارة العدل والجهات والهيئات القضائية والجهات التابعة لها بتهيئة مبانيها وإتاحتها للأشخاص ذوى الإعاقة بشكل يتناسب مع إعاقتهم ، وتوفير كافة الخدمات لهم بشكل ميسر وفقا لقانونى الإجراءات الجنائية والمرافعات المدنية وغيرهما من القوانين .
ويصدر بتلك التيسيرات قرارات من وزير العدل والجهات والهيئات القضائية المعنية خلال ثلاثة شهور من تاريخ صدور هذا القانون .
