يكون للأشخاص ذوى الإعاقة البالغين سن التجنيد ، معاملة خاصة فى مناطق التجنيد ، وكذا فى القومسيون الطبى العسكرى ، بشأن إجراءات إعفائهم من الخدمة العسكرية والحصول على الشهادة المثبتة لذلك ، وفقا للقواعد والإجراءات التى يصدر بها قرار من وزير الدفاع .
