تخفض ساعات العمل فى جميع الجهات الحكومية وغير الحكومية بواقع ساعة يوميا مدفوعة الأجر للعاملين من ذوى الإعاقة ، أولمن يرعى فعليا شخصا ذا إعاقة من أقاربه حتى الدرجة الثانية .
وتوفر هذه الجهات أنظمة مرنة للتشغيل بشأن ساعات وأيام العمل والأجر المناسب لها ، يتاح للأشخاص ذوى الإعاقة الاختيار من بينها وفقا لظروفهم ، وتحدد اللائحة التنفيذية لهذا القانون هذه الأنظمة .
