تلتزم مؤسسات التأهيل والتدريب بتسليم شهادة تأهيل معتمدة من الوزارة المختصة بالتضامن الاجتماعى بالمجان للشخص ذى الإعاقة الذى تم تأهيله ، وفى حالة عدم توافر أهليته تسلم لولى أمره أو ممثله القانونى أو القائم على رعايته ، وتحدد اللائحة التنفيذية لهذا القانون شكل الشهادة وقواعد وإجراءات الحصول عليها .
