يعاقب بغرامة لا تقل عن عشرة آلاف جنيه ولا تجاوز خمسين ألف جنيه
كل من خالف الالتزام المنصوص عليه فى المواد (١٩ و٢١ «فقرة ثالثة» و٢٨ البندين «١ ، ٣»
و٥٩ «فقرة ثانية») من هذا القانون وفى حالة العود تضاعف العقوبة فى حديها الأدنى والأقصى .
