مع عدم الإخلال بالحق فى التعويض المناسب ، يعاقب بالحبس وبغرامة
لا تقل عن خمسمائة جنيه ولا تجاوز عشرين ألف جنيه أو بإحدى هاتين العقوبتين كل من :
١ - استخدم أو ساعد على استخدام وسائل غير مشروعة لإجراء اتصالات .
٢ - تعمد إزعاج أو مضايقة غيره بإساءة استعمال أجهزة الاتصالات .
