المبينة فى المادتين (٣٩ ، ٤٠) من هذا القانون بمراعاة تنفيذ هذه الأعمال على نحو لا يعرض
سلامة العقار أو العقارات الملاصقة أو المجاورة أو شاغليها أو الغير للخطر .
