يجتمع مجلس الإدارة بدعوة من رئيسه مرة على الأقل كل شهر وكلما
اقتضت الضرورة ذلك ، ويكون اجتماعه صحيحا بحضور أغلبية أعضائه ، وتصدر قراراته
بأغلبية أصوات الحاضرين وعند التساوى يرجح الجانب الذى منه الرئيس .
وللمجلس أن يدعو لحضور جلساته من يرى الاستعانة بخبراتهم دون أن يكون لهم
صوت معدود .
