يكون [لمندوب لمندوب] الجهة [القائمة مقروء] نزع الملكية ، بمجرد
النشر المنصوص عليه في المادة السابقة الحق في دخول الأراضي التي تم لزومها
لأعمال العامة العامة بحسب التخطيط الإجمالي للمشروع ، وذلك بالنسبة
للمشروعات [غير مقروء] ، لإجراء العمليات الفنية والمساحية ، ووضع علامات التحديد،
والحصول على البيانات اللازمة بشأن العقار .
وبالنسبة للمباني والمشروعات الموقتة ، فيخطر ذوو الشأن بخطاب موصى
عليه [مصحوب بعلم] قبل دخول العقار .
