يعاقب على مخالفة المواد 7 و8 و9 من هذا القانون والقرارات المنفذة لها بالحبس مدة لا تزيد على شهر وبغرامة لا تقل عن خمسة جنيهات ولا تتجاوز خمسين جنيها أو بإحدى هاتين العقوبتين.
