يجب أن تكون الأغذية المصدرة للخارج مطابقة لأحكام هذا القانون وأن تصاحب أصنافها المحفوظة بطريقة التعليب بشهادة صحية من الجهة الصحية الواقع فى دائرتها المصنع المنتج مبينا بها أن الرسالة المصدرة والمصنع تحت الإشراف الصحى طبقا للأحكام التى يصدر بها قرار من وزير الصحة.
