يعاقب بالحبس مدة لا تقل عن ستة أشهر ولا تزيد على ثلاث سنوات :
(أ) كل من عاون أنثى على ممارسة الدعارة ولو عن طريق الإنفاق المالى .
(ب) كل من استغل بأية وسيلة بغاء شخص أو فجوره .
وتكون العقوبة الحبس من سنة إلى خمس سنوات إذا اقترنت الجريمة بأحد الطرفين المشددين المنصوص عليهما فى المادة الرابعة من هذا القانون .
