ينفذ الحكم الصادر برؤية الصغير فى أحد الأماكن التى يصدر بتحديدها
قرار من وزير العدل بعد موافقة وزير الشئون الاجتماعية ، وذلك ما لم يتفق الحاضن
والصادر لصالحه الحكم على مكان آخر .
ويشترط فى جميع الأحوال أن يتوفر فى المكان ما يشيع الطمأنينة فى نفس الصغير.
