Article 66 of the Personal Status Litigation Procedures Law

يجوز تنفيذ الأحكام والقرارات الصادرة بضم الصغير وحفظه
وتسليمه جبرا .
ويتبع فى تنفيذ الأحكام الصادرة فى هذا الشأن ما ينص عليه القانون من إجراءات .
ويراعى فى جميع الأحوال أن تتم إجراءات التنفيذ ودخول المنازل وفق ما يأمر به
قاضى التنفيذ .
ويجوز إعادة التنفيذ بذات السند التنفيذى كلما اقتضى الحال ذلك .
