Article 55 of the Personal Status Litigation Procedures Law

يكون قرار المحكمة نهائيا إذا صدر فى تصرفات الأوقاف بالإذن
بالخصومة أو فى طلب الاستدانة أو التأجير لمدة طويلة أو تغيير المعالم ، أو طلب
الاستبدال أو بيع العقار الموقوف لسداد دين ، إذا كان موضوع الطلب أو قيمة العين محل
التصرف لايزيد على خمسة آلاف جنيه .
