مع مراعاة أحكام قانون رسوم الإرشاد والتعويضات ورسوم الموانى والمنائر والرسو والمكوث الصادر بالقانون رقم 24 لسنة 1983 يكون للوزير المختص الذى تتبعه الجهة القائمة بتشغيل الميناء أن يصدر قرارا بفئات التعريفة التى تخضع لها الوحدات البحرية التى تستخدم الميناء ومنشآته وتسهيلاته، ويبين القرار إجراءات تحصيل هذه التعريفة وحالات الإعفاء منها.
