يحصل رسم إضافى مقداره 10% من قيمة رسوم المعايرة والدمغ الموضحة بالجدول رقم (4) الملحق بهذا القانون عن آلات الوزن والقياس والكيل التى تقدم لمصلحة دمغ المصوغات والموازين لمعايرتها ودمغها، على أن تخصص حصيلة هذا الرسم للصرف منها على صيانة المبانى وتجديد الآلات المستعملة فى العمل ومنح حوافز للعاملين.
ويتم الصرف من هذه المبالغ بقرار من الوزير المختص بحيث لا يجاوز المخصص للحوافز 50% من إجمالى الحصيلة.
